Throughout his nursing career, he built a strong foundation in leadership, problem solving, and people centered care. After a fulfilling career in healthcare, he is now channeling his skills and discipline into a new chapter as a real estate investor.
Patrick is focused on building a diverse portfolio that includes single family homes, multifamily properties, short term rentals, and commercial real estate. His long term vision is to create sustainable wealth while making smart, strategic investments across multiple asset classes. Justina Olumese, known as Tina, is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, blessed with three sons and their families. She is retired after more than 30 years of service in the health industry as a certified accountant and licensed practical nurse. With a lifelong commitment to care and service, Tina now dedicates her time to helping people in her community navigate the real estate world. She believes housing is a basic human need and approaches every opportunity with love, compassion, and knowledge. As a real estate investor, Tina is committed to walking in integrity and transparency in all she does.
